Amy Lauren

Amy Lauren, is a 27 year old London based vocalist and lyricist. Her vocals are deep, soulful, strong and sexy. Amy has been recording with producer DJ Radford and is currently doing live pa's across the capital and beyond of their electro house tracks which they looking to release this year independently. Amy travelled to Porto in Portugal last month to do live vocals and pa's to a crowd of over 2000 at the nystyle magazine launch party (Portugal’s equivalent to GQ) Within the dance music clubbing scene Amy vocalises live for various club nights in London including venues The Den, Herbal and Lockside, You can hear Amy’s distinctive soulful vocals on releases within the Broken Beat, Funky House and Drum 'n' Bass scene. From labels such as Broadcite Recordings, Crunch Recordings and Evolusound. Amy provides guest vocals, has tracks featured, dances and choreographs for Latin Dub Sound System. LDS are a collective of 14 musicians and artists. A fusion of House, Dub, Latin, DnB and Hip Hop, brought together by producer Corin Pennington (Rodney P, Benjamin Zephaniah). LDS have performed at Lovebox , Secret Garden Party, Koko (La Linea festival) and Glastonbury. Amy Lauren’s music career has also included DJing, over the course of two years she had a residency at the club Herbal in Shoreditch and The Yacht Club on the River Thames. Amy travelled further a field to tour Russia and Lithuania to play to packed crowds of over a 1000 people. Amy is from a musical background; her Great Aunt has been in show business for 60 years and is currently staring as Billy’s Grandmother in the West End musical Billy Elliott. Her older brother is an international DJ and music producer and her Uncle runs The New End Theatre in Hampstead, North London.
